That’s me. I am on the phone with the previous national co-ordinator of the EV, Tony. He blogs and said some stuff about my blog over on his blog.
Rick said some stuff on the kind of comments that started to stack up on my post, and Josh says everyone is taking themselves too seriously.
So Tony and I talked on the phone today. I admitted my culture shock and my wondering if the conversation had a place at the table for a non-church going non-christian. And we talked about baseball and books and things that are worth being hopeful about.
There is no spoon, there is no dust to kick up. We are all just a bunch of people trying to change what we can where we are. Come on!!
But there is a war brewing. . . who can top that picture? Josh, Tony, my new friend Rick, Tripp.

Hey Nick, as I mentioned to you earlier. The thing I find most hilarious is that I might be the only person in Canada that knows this is going on. And let me tell you, we really don’t take ourselves too seriously, we have an identity complex.
I find this blog conversation humorous, but I give all of you kudos for wanting to work it out.
It’s things like this that actually make me nervous about writing anything on my blog in this realm… but then i realize I am in Vancouver.
cheers
i am thinking a few rounds of paper, rock, scissors on skype could settle this once and for all.
I don’t understand…
why should I be hopeful about baseball?
Fight Club.
It worked for the women in Liz Lemon’s building on 30 Rock. It can work for us.
